三国演义中关于曹操的故事
曹操(155年-220年3月15日 )，字孟德，一名吉利，小字阿瞒，沛国谯县(今安徽亳州)人，汉族。东汉末年杰出的*家、军事家、文学家、书法家 ，三国中曹魏**的缔造者。以汉天子的名义征讨四方，对内消灭二袁、吕布、刘表、马超、韩遂等割据势力，对外降服南匈奴、乌桓、鲜卑等，统一了中国北方，并实行一系列政策恢复经济生产和社会秩序，奠定了曹魏立国的基础。曹操在世时，担任东汉丞相，后为魏王，去世后谥号为武王。其子曹丕称帝后，追尊为武皇帝，庙号太祖。
曹操精兵法，善诗歌，抒发自己的*抱负，并反映汉末人民的苦难生活，气魄雄伟，慷慨悲凉;散文亦清峻整洁，开启并繁荣了建安文学，给后人留下了宝贵的精神财富，史称建安风骨，鲁迅评价其为“改造文章的祖师”。同时曹操也擅长书法，尤工章草，唐朝张怀瓘在《书断》中评其为“妙品”。
曹操烧毁通敌证据(写给袁绍的信)
官渡之战之后，曹操缴获了袁绍大量的图书，资料，文件，书信，就发现其中有自己的人写给袁绍的信，按照一般人的反应，这是通敌的证据，这是背叛的证据，应该把它拿出来，一个一个按图索骥，把那些叛徒，把那些二心的，把那些动摇份子都给我揪出来，而曹操没有。曹操发现这些一堆书信，看都不看，立即下令，全部烧毁，曹操做得很漂亮，当时很多人不理解，就问曹操，为什么把这么重要的证据都毁掉了，因为曹操很清楚，他是以弱胜强，老实说，自己心里都没底，何况大家呢，这勾结袁绍又不是一个二个，三个五个，可能是几十个，上百个，这都清算不过来，何必要清算呢，这个人情，曹操做得很好，曹操当着全部人的面把这些证明全部烧毁，让大家放心，跟着曹某，只要衷诚，以前的事我不知道。
望梅止渴
三国的时候，魏国的国君曹操，他年轻的时候，就非常的聪明。有一次，天气非常地热，他带领几十万的大军经过一片大原野，士兵们从早上走到下午，肚子都没有吃过一点东西、喝过一口水。其中一个士兵实在受不了：“我们如果再没有水喝，一定会死掉的。”“对呀!对呀!我也快渴*!我们不要再走了啦!”士兵一个接着一个开始埋怨起来。曹操看到大家因为口渴都不愿意再走，有什么好办法让大家觉得口不渴呢?忽然，他想到一个办法，曹操指着很远很远的一片山林，大声的对士兵说：“喂!弟兄们，赶快起来喔!前面是一座梅子林，树上结了好多好多酸溜溜的梅子。我们只要走过这一片大原野，就有梅子可以吃喽。”士兵们一听到前面有酸酸的梅子可以吃，嘴里面不知不觉就产生许多唾液出来，感觉比较不那么渴了：“哇!有梅子可以吃，那我们赶快走吧!”大家一下子都有精神了，曹操也就顺利的带领大军继续向前走。
从此以后大家就用“望梅止渴”来表示一个人用想像来满足自己的愿望，就像士兵们想到梅子就觉得口不渴了一样。
青梅煮酒
刘备被曹操所控制，只好在后院种菜，掩人耳目。
一日，曹操派人来请刘备，去喝酒。刘备不敢不从。
二人走到一个亭子里，坐，饮酒畅谈。(亭子在花园里，四周种着青梅)
席间，曹操问刘备天下谁是英雄?刘备答了很多人的名字，包括当时雄霸四州的袁绍，以及孙策，袁术等人。
曹操只是摇头。
最后，刘备只得问曹操认为谁是英雄。
曹操说了了一句很有名的话：“天下英雄，惟使君与操耳”其中的是使君指的是刘备。
割发代首
三国时期，曹操发兵宛城时规定：“大小将校，凡过麦田，但有践踏者，并皆斩首。”这样，骑马的士卒都下马，仔细地扶麦而过。可是，曹操的马却因受惊而践踏了麦田。他很严肃地让执法的*为自己定罪。执法官对照《春秋》上的道理，认为不能处罚担任尊贵职务的人。曹操认为：自己制定法令，自己却违反，怎么取信于军?即使我是全军统帅，也应受到一定处罚。他拿起剑割发，传示三军：“丞相踏麦，本当斩首号令，今割发以代。”
曹操败走华容道
“诸葛亮智算华容，关云长义释曹操”，是世人皆知的一个故事，《三国演义》中的重点篇章。小说写赤壁战前，诸葛亮算定曹操必败走华容，且夜观天象，曹操不当身亡，考虑到曹操与关羽有恩，于是派关云长把守华容道，留个人情与关羽做。小说又写曹操果然由乌林向华容道败退，并在途中三次大笑诸葛亮、周瑜智谋不足，未在险要处暗设伏兵。然而，一笑笑出赵子龙，多亏徐晃、张郃二人双敌赵云，才使曹操得以逃脱;二笑笑出张翼德，又是张辽、徐晃二将抵挡张飞，使曹操再次脱险;三笑非同小可，笑出了关云长，且又在有一夫当关之险的华容狭路上，加之曹军几经打击，此时已无力再战，无奈，曹操只得亲自哀求关羽放行，关羽念旧日恩情，义释曹操，使曹操得以回到江陵。
